Obituary

Mr. Albert Alexander, in his 71st Season, transitioned to Eternal Rest on Tuesday Evening December 30, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

In Bald Hill, Oklahoma, the Lord delivered a handsome gift of life to Claude and Marie [Tecumseh] Alexander on February 1, 1943. They named this new son Albert Alexander, better known as "Bonnie."

Albert's loving parents raised him along with his two brother, Robert "Ruff" and Manuael "Sonny" in Bald Hill, Oklahoma. Albert attended Harper's Chapel Grade School, Rural Route, Muskogee County and Wheatley HIgh School in Beggs, Oklahoma. He also attended Concharty Indian Church in Okmulgee County.

Mr. Alexander was employed as a Brick Mason for many years and left a mark of his trade within Haskell and various surrounding communities. "Bonnie" loved socializing with family and friends and always greeted you with a warm smile and hug.

He leaves to lament his death; his sons, Mario, Bald Hill, Oklahoma and Preston, of California; his daughters, Tina [Jessie] Martinez and Anessa [Terry] Gilbert, both of Washington, DC; 10 granddaughters; 3 grandsons; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The Final Hour with Mr. Alexander will be on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the First Baptist Church of Haskell. Pastor Gary McKeen is the gracious Host and Pastor Ardell Braden will officiate.

You may visit Mr. Alexander, as he slumbers in peaceful repose at the funeral home on Friday from 12 Noon until 6:00 PM in Muskogee.
