His Birth
Born on December 11, 1950, a baby boy was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Elex Kimble Sr. and Ernestine Kimble, they named him Alex Kimble Jr.
His Education
He Graduated Form Manual Training School in 1969 where he played drums in the band throughout his school years.
His Life
Alex later moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1975; where he met and married Beneater Linda Newsome in 1977. He worked for Molen Paint where he made and mixed paint for the company for 20 years. While being on the job he was promoted as Supervisor. After his time there he joined the Cameron Glass Company where he also was a supervisor and served for 10 years.
His Love for Christ
Alex gave his life to God along with his family in 1984, where he joined the ministry at Obedient Christian Center under the direction of Pastor C. G. Corbitt who ordained him to Reverend Alex Kimble on February 8, 1998. He later left and started his own ministry on June 12, 1999. He gave it the precious name of Living Image of Christ Christian Church where he along with his wife First Lady Pastor Beneater L. Kimble. On April 10, 2018 the torch was passed to First Lady Pastor Beneator L. Kimble to finish the race.
Those that went before Him
Alex Kimble was preceded in death by: (father) Elex Kimble Sr., (mother) Ernestine Kimble, six sisters; Patsy Kimble-Williams, Maryanna, Helen Kimble, Ellenstine Oliver, Rozella Kimble and Rebecca Robinson, two brothers; James Kimble and Calvin Kimble, his precious baby girl LaTonya Dawn Kimble.
His Memory
Those left to cherish his memory: his lovely wife Pastor Beneator L. Kimble, five children; Minister Frankie Asberry (Clayton), Alek Kimble III, Velincia Vann, Troy Kimble (Ayingi), and Shoy Kimble, his spiritual daughter Pastor Sharnetta Barnes-Dixon. Three siblings; Shirley Knight, Tony Kimble, and his baby sister Lorraine Kimble. A host of grandchildren which he loved so dearly, also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and his church members whom he loved to see every Sunday. Reverend Kimble will be dearly missed; A True Servant of God who made it over into the pearly gates, now present with the Lord.
