Alex Jamelle Kimble was born on February 9, 1971 in Muskogee, Oklahoma, the loving son of Alex Kimble, Sr., and Linda Dowdy. He grew up in Muskogee, where he attended Muskogee Public Schools, graduating from Muskogee High School with the Class of 1990.

Better known to family and friends as "Pede," He excelled in track and field throughout his Junior high and High school years placing 1st place in many categories.

He then attended Langston University, where he was part of the University's Tumbling squad. Alex never settled for the ordinary - He was a trend setter. Ultimately, Alex graduated from Vatterott college in 1999, completing his degree in Heating, Air and Refrigeration.

In high school Alex was known for his dance talents and choreography skills. Little known fact…he also was a seamster. (He sewed his own prom outfit…he didn't want a traditional tuxedo. He was known for creating his own styles, He was a trend setter. As well as a jokester, he always had ways to lighten up the mood to make his family laugh. He was always willing to help anyone.

Mr. Kimble then began his career at Dynaservice Corporation and Horizon Mechanical HVAC. In addition to his training in HVAC, he also had a God-given gift, with no formal training in the areas of carpentry, Electrical, woodwork, plumbing and was basically a "Jack of all trades".

He married Rosalyn Jones and to this Union 3 children were born. Later, he married Stephanie Carter and to this Union 2 children were born and then He later married Angela Dixon and to this Union 1 child was born.

In his 50th year of life, Alexa Jamelle Kimble left this life for eternal life on Sunday, June 20, 2021. He was preceded in death by his first born daughter, Symone Kimble, his sisters, Latonya Kimble and Sabrina Hitchye, his fathers, Alex Kimble, Sr., and Herbert Hitchye, his grandmothers and special Aunts, Theresa Gandy, Henryetta Dowdy and Velma Jones.

He leaves to cherish in his memory; his children, Kierro Thomas, Symara Kimble, Synaia Kimble-Patrick (Myron) Stephen Kimble, Stacia Kimble, Tashia Mitchell and Alex Kimble (aka Bones); his grandchildren Gabriel Thomas and Nori Thomas.

He also leaves in God's care; His mother Linda Hitchye, His Stepmother Beneater Linda Kimble, His Brothers, Troy Kimble, Shon Kimble and Chris Brown; His sisters, Trebreh Hitchye, Tiffany Woodfaulk, LaTonya Hitchye, Crystal Swarer, Velincia Vann, Frankie Asberry; his Fiancée Onovella Shevon Titsworth and her children Shanta Renea McDaniel and Robert Cooper, which he raised as his own; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral service for Mr. Kimble will be on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the 18th and Denison Church of Christ.  Brother Eric Rodgers, Pastor, will officiate.  Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery of Muskogee.
