Alma Miller Fultz was born on February 6, 1932 in Hoffman, Oklahoma from the union of Dick and Hattie Miller. At an early age, she was given the nickname "Big Baby." Alma moved with her family to Okmulgee in 1934.
She received her education in Okmulgee at Uganda Martyr's Catholic School and Historic Dunbar High School. While still yet at an impressionable age, she was baptized at Macedonia Baptist Church in Okmulgee, but later in life, she united with the Mount Zion Baptist Church, where she remained a faithful member.
Mrs. Fultz was a family oriented person and was her happiest when she was spending time with her family. She provided for her family through her dedicated employment with the Okmulgee Public Schools, where she was a Cafeteria Cook for 27 years. She was best known for making the "Best Hot Rolls" in the entire system.
Alma Miller Fultz, in her 82nd Season of life, went up the "Highway called Holiness" to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday morning, January 18, 2015 from her home in Okmulgee.
