Ms. Anna Parker, after 73 years, dozed into Eternal Slumber on Monday morning, February 15, 2021 from Muskogee, Oklahoma.

We gather today to comfort and share in the celebration of the life of Anna Marie Parker (Ross). May we all gain strength from her life. Anna was born December 22nd, 1947 in Oktaha, Oklahoma to Ellis Ross and Delilah (Brown) Ross.

Anna accepted Christ at an early age.  She was baptized at Central Baptist Church

Anna attended Muskogee Public Schools. She later attended Connors State College in Warner, OK. Anna studied to be a social worker.

As a young adult Anna gave birth to four children, who remained devoted to their mother until her passing. Anna touched the lives of many people through her passion of cooking, nurturing children, and catering to family and friends. Anna was a dedicated employee of Hamlin El Torro for twenty plus years. She enjoyed sitting on her porch waving at bypassers. Anna was encouraging to everyone she met. Her family would always joke about the fact that she would agree with whoever she was talking to at the moment.

Left to cherish Anna's memory are her children Phyllis Parker, Antwuan Parker, Kaylene Parker, Quinsonya Parker all of Muskogee, OK. Anna also had 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ellis and Delilah Ross, sister Jerry Ross, brother Junior Ross, Johnny Ross, Willie Ross, Robert Ross, LP Ross, and Jabbo Ross.

A Graveside Ceremony for Ms. Parker will be shared on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Booker T. Washington Cemetery.  The Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home at 1:30 PM.

You may visit Ms. Parker, as she slumbers in sweet repose on Tuesday from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the People's Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc. and on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until 1:15 PM.
