IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Annetia Lynn
Brown
December 14, 1964 – October 3, 2023
Annetia Lynn Brown was born December 14, 1964, in McAlester, Oklahoma, to Eddie and Dorothy Brown.
She passed away October 3, 2023, at age 58, after a short battle with lung cancer.
Known as "Chee Chee," she was a 1983 graduate of McClain High School in Tulsa. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northeastern State University.
Annetia worked as a nurse for Dr. Michael Ward for 31 years. She worked at Utica Park clinic for last 15 years and she loved her coworkers as they were also considered family. She had a passion for taking care of people and her patients were her babies.
Though she was very stern, Annetia did care very much for her children and grandchildren, only wishing the best for them. She was known to do anything for those she treasured, including keeping those secrets and she 'had your back' til the end. She fought hard, and will be missed very much.
She is survived by three children: Galon Brown, Saquoyah Brown (DeJuan), and Cortney Hatcher (Jon); 13 grandchildren: Tatiana, Ashaunti, Elijah, Amarionna, Amarion, Jaiden, Mya, June, Janiah, Jon lll, Patience, Jovan, and Kortney; her siblings: Barbara Smitherman (Doug), Stephanie Johnson (Alonzo), Edward Brown (Cynthia), Tonya Brown, Vincent Brown, and Terry Brown (Retha); along with a host of nieces, nephews and other friends who loved her.

You may visit her as she slumbers in sweet repose from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the funeral home in Tulsa.
