Annie Bell Elliott was born on April 1, 1942, in Okmulgee County (Haskell), Oklahoma, to Floyd Elliott, Sr. and Dorothy Elliott. She received her education from the Okmulgee County School System and graduated from Grayson High School.
Annie Bell became a Christian at an early age, and at the time of her passing, she was a long-time member of the North Peoria Church of Christ.
Annie Bell's earthly departure signified a sweet reunion with her parents, Floyd and Dorothy, and brother Russell Milton.
Her memory is cherished by her children Sharon K. Benjamin, Carl Elliott (Kristen), and Micheal Elliott (Jeannetta), all of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Siblings Floyd Elliott Jr. (Sue), Rutha Goode (Floyd-Deceased), and James Loggins, her 11 Grandchildren, 12 Great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
