Obituary
Mr. Anthony R. Cooks, in his 25th year, left this life for glory on Sunday, September 9, 2007 from Tulsa.
The tribute will be on Saturday, September 15, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. in the St. Matthew Baptist Church of Okmulgee. Rev. McKinley Rice, Pastor, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Okmulgee.
You may visit Anthony, as he slumbers at the funeral home in Tulsa on Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
