Obituary

Mr. Antwonne I. Hall, in his 36th season, "took flight with Angels to thine place of rest" on Thursday, September 29, 2011 from Muskogee.

Antwonne was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on July 7, 1975, the son of Marilyn Hall and Kenneth Bigsby.

Antwonne went to live at Oklahoma Children's in 1977 for 6 years before moving to Hissom Memorial Center in 1983, where he lived for 11 years.

Alice Gore, an RN from Oklahoma City insisted that Antwonne needed to be in a family setting. In April of 1994, the Lord granted that prayer and Antwonne was blessed with Robert and Shirley Syrus in Muskogee. He was a part of their family home until 1997, at which time, Shirley's sister, Ruth and her husband Clifford took Antwonne to live with them. This was the family that the Lord chose for Antwonne.

Harrien Hall has been a part of Antwonne's life since that time, sharing his life as his guardian. Antwonne was surrounded with love by the Hobbs children, his BIOS family and staff, MedCorp Nurse, Karen Russell, his caregivers, Linda Arnold, Pamela Ballard and Greg Smith; and many other friends and neighbors who shared a special bond with him.

The Sacred Farewell for Antwonne will be on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Remembrance. Pastor Clifford Hobbs, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Plainview Cemetery at Summit, Oklahoma.

You may visit Mr. Hall, as he slumbers in peaceful repose at the funeral home on Monday from 12 Noon until 6 PM.
