Mr. Arnel Dean, in his 82nd Season, Blossomed to Eternal Rest in the Morning Hours of Monday May 24, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Services will be Wednesday June 2, 2021 at 11AM at The Church of The Living God Temple #39 at 2517 N. Bryant Oklahoma City, OK.
Elder Kenneth Dean of Temple #234 will be officiating.
Interment will follow with Military Honors at Fort Sill National Cemetery - 2648 Jake Dunn Road Elgin, OK.
Visitation will be 2:00 pm-6:00 pm Tuesday June 1, 2021 at Church of the Living God Temple #39. Located at 2517 North Bryant Oklahoma City, OK.

Arnel Dean was born in Colbert, Oklahoma to Frank Dean Sr. and Alberta Jones Dean on September 22, 1938. He was the fifth of twelve children. He attended Dunbar Elementary School and graduated from Douglass High School in Oklahoma City. He was inducted in the U.S. Army and after a tour of duty discharged in 1964. He married Wanda Williams on April 2, 1983 in Oklahoma City OK. He worked as a section supervisor (lead man) for Macklanburg-Duncan and retired after thirty two years of service.
He was a faithful member of The Church of the Living God Temple #39 and was always on time. He served as a deacon, trustee and Sunday School teacher. He was a past member of the Zodiac motorcycle club and a staunch league bowler who received numerous awards.
Arnel was preceded in death by his father Frank Dean Sr., mother Evangelist Alberta Dean, brothers Willard Dean, Lonell Dean and sister Mae Lois Jones.
Arnel is survived by his wife Wanda Dean, two sons Arnel Dean Jr (Nia), Carlton Dean (Olivia) and daughter Brittany Lee (Harold Jr.). Three brothers, Kenneth Dean (Diane), Frank Dean Jr., and Wayne Dean (Barbara). Five sisters Merline Long, Wanda McNeal (Al), Irene Hannon (Thomas), Davetta Stafford and Sandra Austin (Kelly). Eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
