Mrs. Berlene Smith, in her 92nd year, transitioned from Earth to Everlasting on Monday evening, February 11, 2019 from Tulsa.

Services for Mrs. Berlene Smith will be Saturday February 23, 2019 at 11AM at Flame International Outreach Church located at 1702 S. Memorial in Tulsa.

Friends  may visit Mrs. Smith on Friday February 22, 2019  from 1PM until 7PM in The Tulsa Chapel.

Burial will take place on Monday, February 25, 2019 at  Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, Kansas.
