Bishop E. E. Webber, Sr., after 93 seasons of life, transitioned to "Church Triumphant" on early Tuesday morning, May 12, 2026 from his home.

You may visit Bishop Webber, as he slumbers in peaceful repose on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, between the hours of 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM, in the Peoples Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc,., of Muskogee.

You may visit on Thursday, May 21, 2026, between the hours of 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM, in the All Faiths Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., of Tulsa.

The Consecrated Hour of Celebration will commence on Friday morning, May 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the most holy sanctuary of the Divine Love Global Outreach, 3160 South 129th East Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Viewing will begin at 9:00 AM until 9:45 AM in the Main Sanctuary. 

The Christian Commital and Burial will follow the celebration on the sacred grounds of the Green Acres Memorial Gardens, concluded by United States Army Honors.

The family has announced Purple and Gold as the official floral preference for floral offerings.
