Obituary

On May 13, 1945, a baby boy was born to Thelma Patrick. Raised by his parents, Jesse & Estella Collins, Bobby was given a good upbringing by his parents. He received his education at Manual Training High School.

He later joined the United States Army, where he served his country honorably. Bobby accepted Christ at an early age, and was a member of the Mount Zion Baptist Church, where he served with the Brotherhood.

During his life's journey, one of his greatest joys was helping grieving families through his employement with the Granger Funeral Home, helping at the State Fair, and of course, cooking. Another joy, quite simply, was hanging out with family and talking a whole lot of trash, making people laugh. He was a great joy to his family who would all love to see him coming.

He closed his eyes on earth on November 25, 2011.

Remaining to cherish his memory; his dear friend, Brenda Ledbetter; his sons, Romound Crook and Roberth; his birth mother, Thelma Patrick; his sister, Jessie Collins; along with other family and friends. who will miss him dearly.

He will be laid to rest in the National Cemetery at Fort Gibson, Oklahoma on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 11:00 A.M.
