On the 30th day of June of 1970 in Wagoner, Oklahoma A Loving, Funny, Caring, baby boy was born to Rosa Lee Wynn and Eugene Stephenson on the 30th day of June, 1970 in Wagoner, Oklahoma . They named him Bradford Eugene Stephenson.
Brad was raised in Wagoner Oklahoma, where he attended Wagoner High school, ultimately graduating with the Class of 1988. Brad worked for the County Courthouse for numerous years while also running his own business. Brad loved playing dominoes with his friends and niece (Tia) Brad always would say put it down and take this whooping when playing dominoes. Brad loved everyone and if he said he loved you, he meant that.
On June 1st 2002 Brad and a young lady named Valerie said “I Do”. They both made a vow “til death do us part! ". Brad endured a lot of illness, however he never complained about anything. Instead, he would encourage other people and uplift them. Brad never met a stranger and would talk to anyone about the Lord. Brad did not allow being blind stop him from anything he set out to do. Brad would even pray with his nephews when he came to the house “take me to the king”
Unexpectedly on February 27th, 2026, Our Lord called Mr. Bradford Eugene Stephenson, in his 55th year, from St. Francis Hospital in Muskogee to be with Him in Glory.
Brad was preceded in Glory by his Mother (Rosa), his Father (Eugene), his Grandmother (Pealie), his sisters, Rita, Lasondra, Rebecca, his Brothers, Cecil and Orlando, his uncles, Roosevelt, and Roy, and his Nephew.
Until we meet again, He leaves to cherish his memories, his Wife, Valrie Stephenson, His three daughters, Lakyra Stephenson (Muskogee), Raven Gilbert (Tulsa), Sharenda (Larone) Tulsa, His grandchildren whom he loved: Jamaya, Isaiah, I’Ziya, Jonathan Jr., Ivoree(Okmulgee). Sisters: Lonetta Smith, Relda Grant (Wagoner). Colundria ( Naketa) Hoopen Texas, Latosca Brunnen (Texas) Brothers: Delbert Grant (Wagoner), Pastor Roger (Vern) Stephenson (Wagoner), Larry Abernathy (Wagoner) Keith (Sandra) Titsworth Sr. (Taft), Codale (Nikki) Ford (Tulsa), Don ( Glenetta) Mayes (Muskogee), Ron (Shanta) Mayes (Muskogee), Tyree (Randi) Parker (Oklahoma City). His Mother-in-law: Gloria Thomas (Muskogee), Aunties; Linda Barnett (Tulsa), Geraldine Allen (Muskogee), Ruth Moore (Detroit), Wytova Clayton (Oklahoma City), Shelia (Wylie) Boykins (Muskogee), Hermerlen McMullen (Claremore), Uncles: Timothy (Muskogee), Stanley (Taft), Willie (Detroit), and lastly his phone friends whom he talked to daily, Larry, Kevin, Robbie, Mania, Jerry, and all of his nieces, nephews, and cousins whom he loved dearly.
Service of Memory for Brad will commence on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Two Hours into the Afternoon, in the most holy sanctuary of the Rayfield Baptist Church. Reverend Leroy Walker, Sr., is the gracious host Pastor and Reverend Earl Jones will deliver the Eulogy.
