Mr. Bruce Rucker, Sr. Transitioned to Eternal Rest on Thursday March 10, 2022.

In Muskogee, Oklahoma,. St. Patrick E. Rucker and Mae K. Cole became the proud parents of a
handsome baby boy on September 22, 1960. They named him Bruce Wayne Rucker.

Bruce accepted the Lord into his life at a young age and Greater Canaan Baptist Church became
his home of worship.

Bruce W. Rucker Sr. went to Muskogee Public Schools.Graduating from Muskogee High School
in 1978. He began working for the City of Tulsa in the Sanitation Department and later relocated
to Muskogee, Oklahoma, working for the City of Muskogee Parks and Recreation Department
until his retirement.

Later in life Bruce met and married Diedra Alexander in 1983, to this union three children were
born and one step daughter. The marriage dissolved in 1991. Then Bruce later met and married
Pamela Dyer-Rucker in August 2001. Adding to his family three step children. This marriage
later dissolved in 2011. They remained friends until his passing.

Bruce enjoyed being outside in the fresh air. His hobbies were a good game of horseshoes, pool,
dominoes, basketball and fishing. Hanging out with his loved ones and "throwing his hat".

Three sisters:Patricia M. Rucker & Loretta Rucker (Muskogee, OK), Shavonna Rucker (Tulsa,
OK), Six brothers: Kenneth Rucker,Tony Rucker (Muskogee, OK) Jerry (Anita) Rucker (Spiro,
OK), Pastor Steve (Audrey)Rucker (Muskogee OK), Gary(JoAnn) Rucker (Wagoner, OK),
Don(Annette) Cubit (Muskogee, OK), Aunt Paralee Rucker (St. Louis,MO) Aunt Lucille Vann
(OKC, OK) A host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
His Grandchildren, whom he cherished : Jacorey, Joyous, Earnest, Trey, Jazmyn, Xavier, Hadlee,
Jeremiah, Onyx, Mahaya, Jamel Jr. , Isaiah Jamel, Jaylee, Mia, Isabella, Jaelynn, Jameel III,
Journey, Kyrie

The Final Hour with Mr. Rucker will commence on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Life Point Church of Muskogee.  Pastor Guy Parish is the gracious host and Pastor Steve Rucker will Officiate.

You may visit Mr. Rucker, as he slumbers in peaceful repose on Friday from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the funeral home in Muskogee.
