Mr. Byron Terrail Penn Sr., after 41 years, left us on Saturday, July 26, 2026 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The Hour of Remembrance for Byron will commence on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 2:00PM in the sanctuary of New Joy Fellowship located at 14017 E. 11th Street in Tulsa.
You may visit Mr. Penn, as he slumbers in peaceful repose at The All Faiths Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., of Tulsa on Friday, August 14, 2026 between the hours of 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
The Interment will take place on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 11:00AM in the Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Tulsa, Oklahoma
