Mrs. Carol G. Osmond, in her 65th year of life, transitioned from "Labor to Refreshment" on Sunday morning, March 24, 2019 from her home in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.

On April 23, 1953, a precious, baby girl was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Gerald and Doris Swan and she was named Carol Gayleen.  After completing high school, she also attended beauty college as well as cleet training.

Carol loved her family dearly, and cherished her kitchen, cooking and those special family times.  She was always the life of the family, constantly cutting up at the "wrong times!"  She had many adopted children throughout the years and her great-grandchildren were her loves.

Carol loved her Zumba class, painting and decorating, she loved to dance and sing, and her little maltese dog, "Penny."

During her lifetime, Carol worked as a hairdresser and was also a proud corrections officer.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Swan, her sons, Michael Swan and Adam John Beal; and her brother and sisters-in-law, Enna and Bob Osmond and Enna M. Wilbur.

Carol leaves special, loving memories to her family;  her husband, Larry Lee Osmond, of the home in Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma;  her father, Jerry Swan;  her children, Amber Lynn Myers, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Candy Nicole Carpenter and Matthew, Gore, Oklahoma, Shannon Renee Beal and Noel, Warner, Oklahoma, Allison Marie Osmond, Okay, Oklahoma, Jason Lee Osmond and Stephanie Osmond, Harrah, Oklahoma, and Dakota Shayne Osmond, Muskogee, Oklahoma;  her grandchildren, Lauren Mullins, Hank Smith, Brandon Myers, Autumn Smith, Garret Smith, Rylee Osmond, Taylor McNeely, Rider Osmond, Herbie Smith, Hunter McNeely, Jose Smith and Christyn Luster;  her great-grandchildren, Jeremy Brown, Kadence Smith, Xilah Smith; along with other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Celebration will be shared on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 3:00 PM in the Bedouin Shrine Temple, 201 South 6th Street in Muskogee. Chaplin Marty Colvin will officiate.
