On September 30 ^th 1951 Earl and Marie Steed celebrated the birth of a beautiful baby girl, Carolyn Jamison.  Carolyn was the seventh of nine children.  At an early age she accepted Jesus as her personal Savior while attending Mount Pleasant Baptist Church (Pastor Hoyt Adkins), and Shiloh Baptist church (Pastor Melvin Bailey) both of Tulsa Okla.

Carolyn attended Central High School Class of 1970.

Carolyn met and subsequently married Jamie Jamison; during this union they had two children. Jermaine and Demarco Jamison.

Carolyn Jamison completed her last season of life on March- 5-2017. She leaves loving memories in the hearts of her family and friends who will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents (Earl and Marie Steed); her husband Jamie Jamison, her youngest son Demarco Jamison. Two sisters; Evelyn Jean Borden and Earline Chaney and two brother's Earl Steed Jr. and Lee Deckard Steed.

Leaving behind to cherish in her memory is her son; Jermaine Jamison, and grandchildren. Her sisters, Sandra McGilbra (Carl) and Donna Bruner (Billy), all of Tulsa Oklahoma. Her beloved brothers; Alvin Steed (Janice), Glen Steed (Deloris), all of Pontiac Michigan, Aunt Donna Rice of North Carolina and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services for Mrs. Carolyn Jamison will be Wednesday March 15, 2017 at 11AM at Restoration Christian Center located at 5716 W. 65th St. in Tulsa.

Friends may visit Mrs. Jamison in the Tulsa Chapel on Tuesday from 1PM until 7PM in Tulsa.
