Mr. Charlie Ray Carter, in his 71st year, passed from this life on Monday, August 15, 2016 from the Jack C. Montgomery Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Muskogee.
An Army Veteran and resident of Bristow, Oklahoma, he leaves behind a wife, Shirley Carter and other relatives who will miss his presence.
A graveside memorial ceremony will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the National Cemetery at Fort Gibson, Oklahoma
