Mr. Charlie Moore, Jr., was born on December 27, 1935 in Tampa, Florida. He lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the past thirty-five [35] years. He passed away on July 28, 2006 in Tulsa.

He leaves to cherish his memory; two sons, charles Moore and wife Mert, of Miami, Florida and Michale Moore and wife Felicia, of Tampa, Florida; two daughters, Rosaland and Rhonda Willingham, of Tampa, Florida; two uncles, Lewis Morre, of Toledo, Ohio and Roosevelt Moore, of Tampa, Florida; two aunts, Mary Ford, Tampa Florida and Ann Moore, St. Petersburg, Florida; two granddaughters, Kimberly Michel and husband Odnel, Miami, Florida and Kendra Love and husband Eddie, Miami, Florida; two grandsons, Charles Moore, Jr., Miami, Florida and Christian Willingham, Tampa, Florida; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Mr. Moore was cremated. The family will hold a private memorial service.
