On January 9, 1958 a bouncing baby boy was born to Chester A. Thomas and Lillie Colbert Thomas in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the fourth child of the couple. During his formative years, he attended Tulsa, Henryetta, and Okmulgee Public Schools, and was baptized at the age of 9. He joined the National Guard, and resided in Tulsa, but his home was Okmulgee, Oklahoma. On Wednesday, September 28, 2011, he departed this life, and entered into Eternal Rest. Two brothers Anthony and Allen Thomas. Remaining to cherish his memories: his mother Lillie B. Thomas, father, Chester A. Thomas, Sr., sisters: Alene Thomas, Charlene Luckey, Pamela Grant, all of Tulsa, OK., Kimberly Thomas, and Shelly Thomas, brothers: Chester A. Thomas, Jr., Bryon Thomas, Kansas City, MO., and one brother, in-law Dannie Luckey, Tulsa, OK., along with nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
His services will be Tuesday October 4, 2011 at 11AM in The Chapel of Peace located at 1601 N. Wood Dr. in Okmulgee.
