On February 28, 1952, a baby boy was born to Clarence DeRadcliffe Sr., and Georgeanna DeRadcliffe in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Clarence began his early education in the Muskogee Public School system, reaching the 12th grade and graduating.
Shortly after high school, Clarence moved to Kansas City, Missouri to be with his older sister Gearldine Fowler and family. While there Clarence began working his first job, as a Service Station Attendant. Clarence later started working for Aaron Rental Center in Overland Park, Kansas.
In the early 70's Clarence met and married Jamesetta Hill, this marriage was dissolved. Clarence later met and married Ethel Holmes in Kansas City, Missouri.
Clarence was preceded in death by, his mother and father Georgeanna and Clarence DeRadcliffe Sr.; , his brother Robert Lake; his sisters, Gearldine Fowler and Anna Johnson.
Mr. Clarence Deradcliffe, Jr., after 72 years, left us on Saturday, September 28, 2024 from Wagoner, Oklahoma.
Clarence leaves to cherish his memory; his daughter, Regina Rogers of Springfield, Mo; his four sons, Clarence DeRadcliffe III, Keith Holmes, Demarcus and Eugene (Melissa) Holmes; his grandchildren, Reginald (Monae) Alvardo, Keith Holmes Jr., Alexis Holmes all of Kansas City, Mo; one sister, Evelyn (Earnest) Ford of Porter, Ok and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, coworkers and friends. We all will miss him dearly.
The Final Hour with Mr. DeRadcliffe will commence on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the most holy sanctuary of the New Jerusalem Baptist Church. Reverend Roscoe Beasley, Pastor will Preside and Pastor Emerita Perline Boyattia-Craig will deliver the Eulogy.
Burial will follow in the sacred grounds of the Booker T. Washington Cemetery in Muskogee.
You may visit Brother Clarence, as he slumbers in peaceful repose in the People's Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., of Muskogee on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 1:00PM until 6:00PM.
