Clarence McDade, Jr. in his 52nd year surrendered his life for eternal life on Friday June 2, 2016 from Bono's Nursing home in Henryetta, Oklahoma.
Clarence, Jr. arrived in Okmulgee, Oklahoma on July 15, 1964 as the son of Clarence and Olivia Williams McDade. He grew up in Okmulgee. He graduated from Okmulgee High School with the class of 1982. He was a truck driver and really was a "Jack of All Trades." There was nothing that he couldn't do!
His Christian journey came by way of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church where he served the Lord under the Pastoral guidance of Rev. Brown and Rev. David Burks.
"Scubby" as he was affectionately called, was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and two brothers. He leaves in God's care his son and daughter, both of Louisiana, two sisters: Trisha McDade, Tulsa, OK, April McDade, Texas, two brothers: Winfred McDade, Tulsa, OK, and Mark McDade, Okmulgee, OK, along with a caravan of other relatives and friends. He will be greatly missed.
Services for Mr. McDade will be Saturday June 11, 2016 at 1PM inside Biglow's Chapel of Peace.
Visitation will be Friday from 1PM until 6PM.
