Constance Lorene Gaines was born to the late Jaceal and Helen Nichols on December 4 ^th , 1952, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She graduated from Carter G. Woodson in Tullahassee, Oklahoma. Soon after, she married Marvin Gaines Sr., and from this union three beautiful children were born.  Connie was a very helpful person to anyone she knew. She loved to take care of family and be around family. She could throw down in the kitchen!!! Thanksgiving was always a big event.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jaceal and Helen Nichols; two brothers, Freddie and Junior and two sisters Catherine and Norma Jean Adams.

Constance "Connie" Lorene Gaines was a caring Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. She left this world on October 3 ^rd , 2021, at the age of 68.

She leaves to cherish her memories three children, Miesha Gaines, Marvin Gaines Jr. and Monica (Chadon) Johnson; 9 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She will be truly missed by all who loved her.

Her Sacred Farewell will be shared on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the People's Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., in Muskogee.  Pastor Anthony Gaines will officiate.

Burial will immediately follow the services at the Booker T. Washington Cemetery in Muskogee.
