On February 7, 1988, Eugenia Williams and Clarence Parks welcomed a very handsome baby boy. They named their bundle of joy Courtney Darnell Parks. Courtney was a very shy and happy kid who loved to make you laugh. He was outgoing, energetic, and kind hearted person who grew to be a loving and caring father to a beautiful little girl. He was a loyal friend to those who needed him.
Courtney attended and graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 2006. He then attended welding school where he received his welding certificate in the summer of 2013. Courtney's career started at the age of fourteen and a half, and in turn led him to be employed at Bama Pie Corporation for two years from which he became a certified forklift driver. Courtney enjoyed rapping with his sister and cousins, playing basketball, and spending time with his family and friends. He always made sure he provided for his family and always praised his baby girl Faith and his only sister.
Preceding him in death are his Grandfathers Clifton Ray Valentine, Sr. and Joe Parks, Aunt Yolanda Valentine, Cousins Terrance Valentine, Akita Valentine, Emarie Valentine Jones and Craig Valentine Price. He leaves to cherish in his memory his loving companion, Jessie Rogers and his beautiful daughter Kkalea Parks (Faith) as well as his loving mother Eugenia Williams (Kelvin Williams) and father Clarence Parks of Corpus Christi, TX, a sister Sherrelle Valentine, two brothers Tristen Parks and Kelvin Williams, Jr. Grandparents Luetta Valentine, Carrie Parks and Booker T. Harris, Godmother Sonja Reed and a whole host of uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, and special friend Pat Higgins.
