Curtis Price was born to Curtis Goudeau and Elizabeth Price on, November 12, 1961 at St. John Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
He atteneded Tulsa Public Schools and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 1980. In 1982, Curtis graduated from Okmulgee Technical School with an associates in Graphic Arts.
Raised by Revered Charles And Louise Smith, Curtis at an early age, joined the Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church in Tulsa. He later attended St. John Baptist Church where he became an ordained minister in 1989, Curtis also attended Higher Dimensions and Grace Fellowship Church.
His hobbies were karate, in which he earned a black belt, music, singing; he had a Smokey Robinson type voice, and he loved riding his motorcycle. He nicknamed his motorcycle Bad Boy Cruizin'.
Aside from all his other achievements, his greatest one was being the most dedicated husband and father. He worked multiple jobs to make sure that all of our needs were met. He didn't need a church building to continue to minister and spiritually mentor everyone he came into contact with.
Mr. Curtis Price, Jr. transitioned to Earthly Rest on Friday July 17, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
He leaves behind his wife of 34 years Tracy Price, Son Curtis A. Price (Ivanna), Daughter Ashley Price, Sisters Sandra Knauls, Darcella Price, Eunice Price, Jaime Goudeau and Debra Baskin; Brothers, David Smith, Terry Williams, Darryl Goudeau, Darren Goudeau, Daryl Brown, Odrenall Goudeau; His In-Laws, Alice Freeman, Glenda Gray (Terrance), Donald Freeman and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
