Debra Reagan Williams, a resident of Erie, Pennsylvania, and formerly of Okmulgee, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2010 in Erie. She was born on September 16, 1960 in Okmulgee, the daughter of Evella Reagan Anderson and Jerry Reagan, Sr. Debra graduated from Okmulgee High School with the Class of 1978 and received her Associate of Science Degree from Connors State College. She furthered her education, attending Northeastern State University and Oklahoma State University.


Debra was active in community service, serving on the Salvation Army Board and volunteering at the Erie Public Library. She was preceded in death by her stepson, Spencer Williams and stepfather, Dr. Joel Anderson, Jr.


Remaining the cherish her memory; her mother and father, Evella Regan Anderson and jerry Reagan, Sr. and wife, Amy, all of Okmulgee; a son, karl Lee, Tulsa, Oklahoma; a granddaughter, kamryn Lee, Tulsa, Oklahoma; her brother, Jerry Reagan, Jr., and wife, Angela, Okmulgee, Oklahoma; her sister, Kimberly Reagan, Okmulgee, Oklahoma; her stepsister, Darren Anderson, Washington, DC; two stepbrothers, Dr. Joel Anderson, III, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Dr. G. Bret Anderson, and wife, Michelle, Bixby, Oklahoma; along with a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.


Funeral mass will be on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 11:00 A.M., in the Uganda Martyr's Catholic Church. Father Benjamin Vima, Officiant.
