Services for Mr. Howell will be Friday, March 4, 2022, at Greater Faith Baptist Church at 11:00AM in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

His viewing will be held Thursday, March 3, 2022, from 1:00PM to 5:30PM in the Tulsa Chapel.
