Better known as "Big Worm," Donald was a 'Manual Bulldog" through and through; he was active in sports, where he excelled in football, basketball and baseball.

In the community Donald was known by his many leadership roles. While working in Muskogee Public Schools he had the titles of Positive Male Role Model, Counselor, Advisor, and Motivational Speaker. He encouraged young men to stay on the right path for a successful future.
While at church, he had the titles of Leader, Chairman, and father figure whose behavior and fashion could be emulated by the youth in the congregation.

While at Muskogee Regional Medical Center, he held titles like Dietitian, chef, comforter, and consoler that made patients feel at ease knowing that he was the one preparing their meal and selecting what's best for their bodies.

While as a Coach he had titles like Mentor, trainer, educator, and tutor as he led his teams to victory. While at home he had the titles of teacher, protector, advisor, father, provider, and friend where Most of Muskogee hung out daily.
