Ms. Donna L. Payne, in her 82nd year, received her rest on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 from Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Ms. Payne was a retired school teacher for Muskogee Public Schools and will be missed.  Honoring her personal wishes, her cremation will be under the auspices of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., of Muskogee.  

There will be no public ceremony.
