Obituary
Ms. Doris Jean Seals, in her 69th year, dozed into eternity on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 from a Tulsa Hospital.
Doris Jean Seals was born in Clearview, Oklahoma on April 27, 1942 from the union of Vera Young and Thomas Jefferson.
She accepted Christ at an early age and attended school in Okmulgee, where she ultimately graduated from Historic Dunbar High School with the Class of 1961.
During her lifetime, she worked as a home health care provider, as well as a dispatcher for H & H Cab and later Bigelow Cab Company. She also served on the County Election Board for 14 years.
She was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church for many years before moving her membership to True Vine Baptist Church later in life. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She leaves behind loving family members, friends and church family.
The final hour with Ms. Seals will be shared on Friday, December 16, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Peace at the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., of Okmulgee. Pastor Charles Jones will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Clearview Cemetery, Clearview, Oklahoma. You may visit Sister Doris, as she slumbers in sweet repose at the funeral home on Thursday from 10 AM until 6 PM.
