Obituary

Born on January 10, 1974, to Lula Samilton, Keith was a cherished son who was blessed to have two remarkable father figures, the late Elder Willis Samilton and Rev. Charlie Hardwick, who played pivotal roles in shaping his character and guiding his journey.

Keith was a proud graduate of Wewoka Public Schools, where he completed his education from kindergarten through the Class of 1992. His passion for football led him to Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma, where he excelled on a football scholarship, demonstrating the same dedication and tenacity that would define his life.

On February 25, 2002, Keith married his soulmate, Kristen (Bible) Hardwick. Together, they created a loving home filled with joy and laughter, welcoming six beautiful children who were the light of their lives. Keith's love for his family was boundless, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

His leadership was marked by a commitment to his congregation, and he served as the YPWW President, inspiring many with his faith and dedication. In 2007, he answered the call to build a new sanctuary for Love Chapel, leading his congregation into a new season of growth and spiritual renewal. His ministry continued to flourish under the leadership of Superintendent Herman Huffman and the late Jurisdictional Bishop Broom, current Jurisdictional Bishop Norwood and he was appointed District Evangelist for the Okmulgee District, where he touched countless lives.

In addition to his pastoral duties, Keith was a hardworking CDL driver for over 20 years, known for his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to his family. In 2014, Keith was able to start a cattle ranch at his residence. His steadfast faith in God was a guiding light in his life, and he inspired those around him with his kindness, compassion, and dedication to service.
