Obituary
Ms. Elsuma Winford, after 69 seasons, "left with Angels to thine place of rest" on Wednesday morning, March 21, 2007 from her home in Muskogee.
She was a retired Food service worker for the Oklahoma School for the blind and will be missed by all who loved her.
She leaves wonderful memories with her sisters, Gloria J. Embry and Carolyn Carmichael; her dear friends, Marvin and Marie Oakley, Florestine Rodgers, Ronnie Boulware, Sandra McNac, Vera Ingram, Helen Ingram, Barbara Reynolds and the entire church family of First Baptist Church of Summit and Beebe Memorial CME Church in Muskogee.
The final hour with Elsuma will be on Friday, March 23, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at the graveside ceremony in the Chapel of Memorial Park Cemetery. Deacon Marvin Oakley will share words of comfort.
Viewing will be at the service at Memorial Park only.
