Elvin Kristopher McCoy, "Lil Elvin," was born in San Antonio, Texas, June 6, 1982, to Alice and Elvin McCoy.

He passed away peacefully on Monday, January 15, 2024 in Tulsa, OK Elvin was a proud devoted son, brother and friend to Muskogee, and a graduate of Muskogee High School.

As an energetic and outgoing individual, Elvin never met a stranger. His heart of service and love for GOD, enabled Elvin to become a very successful entrepreneur.

After securing his education, Elvin put into action the knowledge he acquired, in God, of Business Administration. Many people met him as he managed several McDonalds or as he played a  musical instrument in church services. Being Founder and Chief Executive Officer of two very successful businesses, "Get A Phone Now, LLC" and "Eternal Community Outreach: One Step at A Time, Inc." With a heart of service, doors opened enormous amounts of time to give into the community. One of his most notable contributions was his "Yearly Back to School Drive." Elvin had a passion for giving and a "Cheerful Giver" he was! He would often see a need and "Make it Happen!"

He was preceded in death: Grandparents: Vivian Joann Martin, Daddy, and Senniemae McKinney Aunts: Rochelle Thomas, Denise Wade, Margie Ross, Uncles: Gregory Ross, Kevin Ross SR, Roscoe Johnson, Erving Borens.

Leaving to cherish his memories: his mother Alice and Father Stanley Harris; grandparents grandmother Rosetta Eddy and grandfather Alfred McCoy, Sr.; brothers: Keniante "Ke-Ke" Ross, Kevin "Buddy" Ross, Jerry McCoy, Justin McCoy, Stanley "Mon" Harris Jr, Timothy (Lori) Harris; sisters Vivian "Niecy" McCoy, Breann Harris, Leola "Lola" Harris, Jessica McCoy, Monica Shinpaugh, Sarah (James) Baker, Diane Harris; ride or die sisters: Lesha Marshall, Ellishea Ballard, Karen Grayson, Marilyn Neale, Crystal Brown;  special brother Casey Ashley; aunts Pamela Borens, Dorene Harris, Opal Jimerson, Bo Thomas, Patricia Harris, Brenita Norwood, Regina Ross, Sherrie Holliday, Glenda Brinson, Glen Wade, Rommie Harris, Alvin Williams, Avery Mccoy, Alfred Mccoy Jr, Bryan Mccoy and a multitude of nieces and nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

Service of Memory for Mr. McCoy is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 12:00 Noon in the most holy sanctuary of Faith Deliverance Christian Center, Muskogee.

Burial will follow the service in the Booker T. Washington Cemetery in Muskogee.
