Ms. Ethel B. Star, in her 83rd year of life, transitioned to eternal rest on Wednesday evening, March 8, 2023 from the Pleasant Valley Health Care Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Mrs. Star will be cremated and no public services are planned. May she rest in perfect peace.
