Ms. Ethel Jean Waugh, 78, transitioned to Eternal Peace on Monday, July 20, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The Hour of Remembrance will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Vernon AME Church - Tulsa.
You may visit Ms. Waugh on Thursday, July 30, 2026, between the hours of 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the Tulsa Chapel. The Delta Sigma Theta Sorority will hold its Omega Omega Service at 6:00 PM in the Tulsa Chapel, followed immediately by the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc. Memorial Service.
Interment will follow immediately after services at Green Acres Memorial Gardens in Skiatook, Oklahoma.
