Obituary

On September 19, 1940, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, Cleona (King) Webb gave birth to Frances Marion Webb, and she graced the world with her presence.

Frances attended the school system in Muskogee, eventually graduating from Muskogee Manual Training High School. After completing her high school education, she began working at Brockway Glass Plant for many years, where she would then retire from. Frances was a devoted Christian and member of New Zion Baptist Church. She will be remembered for attending church on Sundays and Bible study. She enjoyed being around her family, and playing bingo and cards. She also enjoyed riding in her grandson's truck and getting ice cream on Sundays.

Mrs. Frances Marion Criner, in her 83rd year of life, quietly left this life for Life Everlasting on Sunday morning, July 7, 2024, with her loving family by her side.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Cleona Webb; husband, Donald Criner, Sr.; children, Johnathan Webb, Wyly Webb, Jocylen Webb, and Donald Criner, Jr.; grandchildren, Wylycia Webb, TyDarius Penney and LaRita Simpson; great-grandchild, Jordan Johnson; and siblings,
