Frances Marzella was born in Beggs, Oklahoma January 7, 1941 to the union of Elder Woodrow and Postena (Galloway) Warren, both preceded her in death.
"Marzella" attended and graduated from Wheatley High School in Beggs, Oklahoma in 1959. She also attended post-secondary education graduating from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology (OSU Tech) and was a longtime resident of Okmulgee.
Throughout her vocational years, Frances worked, as an Administrative Assistant for the Army National Guard Recruiting Office, Family Physician Dr. Joel Anderson, The Okmulgee Daily Times, Okmulgee Board of Education as a Paraprofessional, Okmulgee Baptist Village Retirement Community, and finally retiring from Quikset in Bristow.
Frances was a lover of life and all things having to do with family. She had a quick sense of humor and a contagious laughter. Frances enjoyed traveling with her children and grandchildren, fishing, word search puzzles, and most of all helping others.
Frances was a member of the Church of God Evening Light Saints under the pastoral leadership of her father, Elder Woodrow Warren. While visiting her daughter in Minnesota, she was under the watchful care and pastoral leadership of Apostle Wayne R. Felton of The Holy Christian Church International located in St. Paul, MN. Frances was a woman of great faith who impacted the lives of many.
During her final days, Frances was concerned that we all knew "how to be saved", which was thru her Lord and Savior Jesus. To that end, on the day we celebrate the birth of Christ, Frances passed from mortality to immortality Christmas morning December 25, 2015 in Maple Grove, MN.

Husband of 38 years Sgt. Major Ralph G. Busby Jr. who preceded her in death. Two daughters: Janet Melissa (Zachary) Russell- OKC, OK and Joyce Marie Powdrill- Maple Grove, MN. Grandchildren: Rodrick Dwayne Hill, Jacob Matthias Russell, and Diamond Majeste' Russell- OKC, OK; Jenesis Joymarie Tompkins and Jenessa Quintella Tompkins- Maple Grove, MN. Great grandchild: Rakaylin Dominique Hill- OKC, OK. Siblings: Thermaple Warren (deceased); Lucas McKinley Warren (JoAnn)- OKC, OK; Ruth E. Garcia (Drake)- OKC, OK; Woodrow Warren, Jr. (deceased); Marjorie A. Thompson (Gerard)- OKC,OK; Joseph R. Warren (deceased); Elder Dr. Robert L. Warren (Sherry)- Morris, OK; James W. Warren- Okmulgee, OK; William Warren (deceased); Charlotte A. Warren- OKC, OK; Mary L. Warren- Ponca City, OK; Bruce E. Warren- Tulsa, OK. Two Aunts: Anna Mae Simmons- Houston, TX and Etta Lou Evans- Columbus, OH.
Also celebrating her life is a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Services for Mrs. Busby will be Saturday January 2, 2015 at 10AM at Church of God Evening Light Saints a 1515 E. 1st Street in Okmulgee.
