Freddie Williams, Jr. was born February 4, 1967 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Lucille Finley and Freddie Williams, Sr. Freddie attended school in the Okmulgee Public School System until 1974. He attended school through the Tulsa Public School Systems which included Frederick Douglas Elementary School, Lindsay Elementary School, Monroe Middle School, and Raymond S. McClain High School). Freddie later received a Commerical Drivers License through Truck Driving Training School and earned his GED in 2013.
Freddie was baptized under the late Rev. Wilson Pike at the age of 10 years old and became a member of the Galilee Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Freddie's work experience included: Truck Driver, Janitorial Maintenance with the Williams Companies, and a Parking Security Guard for Metropolitian Baptist Church until his health began to fail in 2004. Freddie met Zellaree Vann in 1990 and later three children was born Jesse Vann Williams, Melanie Vann Williams and Monique Vann Williams. Freddie loved his family and his friends. He never met a stranger. Freddie's house was the place where everyone who visited received words of wisdom, played dominos and cards. Also, Freddie had a love for suits and his special car was the old school Cadallic.

Freddie was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Aaron and Mammie Finley, 1 son, Freddie Williams III, 1 sister, Carrie Williams, 4 aunts, Dorothy Edmonson, Kae Chambers, Mae Finley, Nora Williams, and 5 uncles Jeff Davis Finley, Samuel Finley, Clarence Finley, Ben Finley, Alvin Finley and cousin Donald Conley.
He leaves to cherish his memories, mother, Lucille Finley, father, Freddie Williams, Sr.(Linda), 3 brothers, Derl Finley (Kia), Tulsa, OK, Reginald Williams (Tiffini) Edmond, OK, Terrence Williams, Broken Arrow, OK, 4 sisters, Olivette Finley Williams, Melody Evans (Danny), Okmulgee, OK, Angie Clement, Tulsa, OK, Kendra Williams, (fiancée' Carnell Burkhalter) Spencer, OK, a son, Jesse Vann Williams, Tulsa, OK, 2 daughters, Melanie Vann Williams, Tulsa, OK, Monique Vann Williams, Tulsa, OK, paternal grandmother, Dollie Mae Lewis, Phoenix, AZ, 2 nieces Deja Finley, Tulsa, OK, Iah Finley, Tulsa, OK, 3 nephews, Chance Finley, Tulsa, OK, Kaylon Finley, Tulsa, OK, Wallace Taylor, Jr., Okmulgee, OK, a girlfriend, Edith Cozart, special ladies: Cynthia McHenry, Kathy Hill, Brenda Campbell, Sandra Markhum, second mother, Dottie Antwine, second aunt, Cecila Ann Dodd, special persons: Raymond Cotton, Mr. & Mrs. McArthur Washington, Frances Banks, Dorothy Jenkins and a host of relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
His services will commence on Wednesday January 23, 2013. Friends may visit Mr. Williams on Tuesday from 12Noon until 7PM.
