Mr. Frederick Sylvester Levy, a Retired Oklahoma State Trooper for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, in his 66th Season, Transitioned to Eternal Rest on August 23, 2024 in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Hospital.

The Hour of Remembrance will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 11:00 AM at New Joy Fellowship Ministry - 14017 E. 11th St.  Tulsa, Oklahoma. You may visit Mr. Levy, at the church prior to the service within the hour of 10:00 AM until 10:50 AM.

Interment will follow immediately after the service, under the escorts of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol at Fort Gibson National Cemetery at 1:30 PM.

You may visit Mr. Levy on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at the funeral home between the hours of 1:00 PM unitl 6:00 PM.
