Georgia Ann Nero born July 19th 1946 in Depew, Ok to the union of the late Clarence Bruton and Doyce Pitre. Georgia grew up in Depew, Ok and attended Depew schools. She was the second of 8 children to Doyce Pitre . Upon graduating she attended to Cosmetology school. After completion of cosmetology school she went to work for Hissum Medical Center…..also recvd her associates degree
She would meet and Marry Melvin Benard Nero. There loving Union would blossom for 44 years. There union preceded 3 Children, Rochelle Annette Nero-Givens, Cheming L Nero, and Kerra L Mecke. She began her career with American Airlines as a computer analyst for 25 years. Georgia Ann accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior and she continually talked her family that true Christianity begins at home. Georgia loved to serve in her community as well as in her church. Her passion was working with the elderly and giving a helping hand to those that were less fortunate. She also served on the Usher board and the Seniors
Memorial services for Georgia Ann Nero will be Friday Evening, June 24, 2011 at 7PM at Concord Community Baptist Church located at 5204 N. Osage Dr. in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
