Reflection of Life
Grady Joe Anderson was the only child born to Grady Anderson and Lillian LeSears in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a child Grady attended Dunbar Elementary and Carver Middle School, later attending Booker T. Washington High School and graduating with the Class of 1957.
He accepted Christ as Lord and Savior and was baptized at Vernon AMF Baptist Church.
Grady was a great dirt bike rider but his passion was to race cars and motorcycles, he also loved to ride and show his favorite horse "Bubba".
Those that went before him, his parents Grady and Lillian Anderson, daughter Stacey Jo Anderson, Aunts Julia Pack, Thadeus McNeary, Hazel Robinson and Inez Baker, Uncles Leroy LeSears and William "Bill" LeSears.
Grady leaves to mourn his passing; two daughters, Nicole Anderson of Houston, TX. and TaShonna Anderson of Tulsa, OK. Four sons, Grady J. Anderson of West Hollywood, CA, Richie Anderson(Margie) of Tulsa, OK., Andre Anderson of Tulsa, OK. and Gary Gibbs of Houston, TX. Grandchildren; Gary Courtney Gibbs Jr of Houston, TX. Carlos Lennell Brewer III of Houston, TX. Royce Joseph Anderson, Ryan Josiah Anderson, Rhys Joi Anderson all of Tulsa, OK. Great-grandchildren; Chrishon Price, Peighton Scott, Mya Anderson all of Tulsa, OK.
Services will be held for Mr. Anderson on May 12, 2018 at 10AM World Won for Christ 2121 N. Harvard Tulsa, Oklahoma. You may visit Mr. Anderson between 2PM-7PM on Friday, May 11, 2018 at the funeral home.
