Gwendolyn Rochelle Love
October 27, 1965 ~ November 14, 2011

On October 27, 1965, a precious bundle of joy was born to Clara Love and Preston Lewis, Jr. in Muskogee, Oklahoma. They called this angel to their lives Gwendolyn. Gwen grew up and attend school in Okmulgee. Then later became a Certified Medication Aide. She gave birth to three children, two boys, and one girl. A loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Mrs. Love was a very caring, open-hearted person, who loved company and family. She closed her eyes for the last time on Monday, November 14, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mrs. Love was preceded in death by her mother Clara Love, father Preston Lewis, Jr., her sister Lorretta Dansby, and brother Ronnie Grissom.

Remaining to lament her homegoing, her precious children: Samuel Love (Debra), DeAundrey Williams (Jessica), Tela Love (Tyrone), her sisters: Peggy Smith (Richard), Charlotte Stallings (Luther), Patricia Love (Larry), Rosetta Deckard, Norma Drew (Dave), Joyce Wilson (Bernard), Sandra Payne (Curtis), Kathy Ellis (Donny), Loretta Patton (Bryant), Glenda Wallace, and Bobbie Gresham, brothers: George Lewis (Veronica), and Tommie Love, also a special friend, Melvin Guess, six grandchildren: and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Services for Gwendolyn Love will be Saturday November 19, 2011 at 10AM at New Beginnings Church of God In Christ at 1019 South Florida Street under the direction of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc.
