Obituary
Mr. Herbert C. "Uncle Herm" Howard, after his 76th year, surrendered his soul on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 from Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Services will be Friday February 26, 2021 at 11AM at Greater Union Baptist Church in Tulsa.
Visitation will be Thursday from 1PM until 6PM in the Tulsa Chapel.
