On July 27, 1948, a beautiful baby boy was born to Charlie and Sylvia Antwine. He was the seventh child
and the
youngest son, out of eight siblings: Charlie Mae (Sterling deceased) Lewis of Beggs; Howard (Helen) Antwine of Beggs; Curtis (deceased) Marie "Gigi" Antwine of Okmulgee; Burnis (Mary deceased) Antwine of Beggs; Alice Marie (Rudolph deceased) Richardson of Beggs; honorary brother Kurt (Patricia) Bilstein of Oklahoma City.
Herman attended Tolan Primary Schools and Wheatley High School. In 1967, he was drafted into the
United States Army,
serv
ing
his basic training in Louisiana. Herman did his tour of duty in Mannheim, Germany and became a heavy maintenance transportation operator. In 1970, he returned to the United States, where he gained employment.

and
In 1975 he met the love of his life, Marva Brinkley. Herman and Marva
were
married in 1977. To this union, four daughters were raised: DeLicia of Oklahoma City; Stephanie (Roderick) Lofton of Tulsa; Marcia (Kenneth, Jr.) Vaden of Beggs; Tiphanie Antwine of Beggs. Soon after Herman and Marva were blessed with nine grandchildren: Marissa, Mia, Orenthal, Jr., Cameron, Malea, Mya, Myla, Kendall, Kenneth, III and a great-granddaughter London.

3pm, Herman Antwine was called home to be with the Lord.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
The final hour with Mr. Antwine will begin on Monday, July 31, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. in the Crossroads Baptist Church, 6962 Happy Camp Road, Beggs, Oklahoma. Pastor Justin Wells is the gracious host, and Brother Travis Markes will officiate. Burial will follow in the New Post Oak Cemetery NW of Beggs
