Herschal Foster was born on December 15, 1934 to Earl and Maggie Foster. He was born and raised in Taft, Oklahoma. He was a dedicated member to Mount Zion Baptist Church.

Herschal was united in marriage to Bobbie Maxine Foster and to this union was born two girls Joni and Lori.

His parents Earl and Maggie Foster, brothers William Foster and Marion Foster, sisters Ocie Anetta Woods, Earlene Thompson, and Rose Thompson all preceded him in death.

Remaining to cherish Herschal's precious memory are his daughters Joni Bean and Lori Cazenave, sisters: Lela White, Dorothy Bradley, and Algeria Jackson, 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Services for Mr. Foster will be Friday July 15, 2016 at 11AM inside the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Tulsa.

Friends may visit Mr. Foster on Thursday from 1PM until 7PM on Friday.

Immediately following the services, Mr. Foster will be Laid to Rest at Crown Hill Cemetery.
