The Sacred Farewell for Infant Noelle will commence on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the Tenth Hour in the most holy sanctuary of Flame International Outreach Church, where Apostle Staten will preside.

You may visit Infant Noelle as she slumbers in sweet repose in the All Faiths Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., of Tulsa on Friday, November 7, 2025 between the hours of 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

The Christian Committal will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 2:00PM in the Booker T. Washington Cemetery in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
