Mr. Irman Martin Evans, in his 82nd year, received his "Earthly Discharge" on Thursday afternoon, June 10, 2021 from the Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Administration Medical Center in Muskogee.
A United States Navy Retiree, his graveside ceremony is pending in the Muskogee Chapel.
