Obituary

On May 17, 1931, a precious bundle of joy was delivered to Arthur G. Robinson, and OT Eattna McEfee in Muskogee, Oklahoma. They named their new baby boy Jackie Eugene. Following high school, Jackie Robinson enlisted in the United States Air Force in July of 1952 serving his country in the Korean War. His was honorably discharged from the Air Force in July of 1960 as an Airman 3rd Class.

On July 21, 1956 Mr. Robinson was united in Holy Matrimony in Lockhart, Texas to Sadie Jo Smith. He provided for his loving family thru his employment at Hanna Lumber as a Warehouse Manager.

His parents and wife preceded him death. Remaining to cherish his precious memories: two children: Jackie M. Robinson, and Terrell Robinson, Tulsa, Oklahoma, one great uncle, Levester Dean, Kansas City, MO, four nieces and four nephews: Sharon Moore Lyons (Sherman), Elvin Moore (Felecia), Mary Cullom, all of Haskell, OK, Stacy Moore (Jackie), Carlos Cullom (Teresa), all of Tulsa, OK, Edna Bell (Hanford), Coweta, OK, Dearl Moore, Las Vegas, NV, Ladonna Cullom, Lafayette, LA, 26 great nephews and nieces, 29 great-great nephews, and nieces, four great-great-great nephews, and nieces, along with his favorite niece C.J., and a host of other relatives and friends.

His services will be Saturday February 1, 2014 at 11AM at First Baptist Church North Tulsa on Greenwood Ave.

Mr. Robinson will rest by his wife Sadie Jo Robinson at Haskell City Cemetery in Haskell, Oklahoma.

Friends may visit Mr. Robinson on Friday from 12Noon until 7PM in Tulsa.
