Mr. James Leo Dean, age 73 and a resident of Okmulgee, made his transition on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from Okmulgee Memorial Hospital.
The family will be present to receive friends on Tuesday from 5 PM until 7 PM in the Chapel of Peace in Okmulgee. There will be no formal funeral ceremony.
